As an Associate Research Scientist at Pandorum, you will play a critical role in advancing our research and development efforts. You will be involved in cutting-edge cell and molecular biology research, focusing on the cultivation and manipulation of primary cells, including stem cells, and contributing to the production of cell-derived products. Your roles & responsibilities would include:


  1. Assist in primary cell culture, including stem cell culture, cell-based functional assays, imaging such as immunofluorescence and involve in production of cell- derived products
  2. Develop and optimize protocols for various cell and molecular biology studies, such as RNA preparation and RT-PCR
  3. Protein production, purification, characterization and analysis by ELISA, SDS-PAGE, western, other biochemical techniques
  4. Perform animal experiments, if required
  5. Generate data for Company newsletter, website, social media, printed journals etc.
  6. Analyze data and prepare reports
  7. Prepare SOPs for various experimental procedures
  8. Prepare data for internal and external presentations, communications and publications  
  9. Participate in various team meetings and scientific discussions


Required Skills / Experience

Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, etc. with 2 to 5 years of experience in Mammalian Cell Culture, Cell based Assays, ELISA, etc. are mandatory requirements for this role.
